GAINESVILLE, Ga. — Gainesville stayed unbeaten in Region 8-6A play with a 3-1 win over Shiloh on Tuesday at City Park Stadium.
The Class 6A fourth-ranked Red Elephants (6-1, 3-0 Region 8-6A) got goals from Ozmar Marceleno, Christofer Lopez and Hector Aguilar. Daniel Solis, Antonio Turcios and Miguel Galaviz all picked up assists.
Next up for Gainesville will be Cherokee Bluff on Friday in a Copa 985 match at home.

Class 4A fifth-ranked East Hall saw its four-match win streak come to an end with a tough loss on the road in a key Region 8-4A showdown.
The game was a scoreless tie at halftime but the Titans (2-1, 1-0 Region 8-4A) were able to find the net three times in a 20-minute span.
It was a frustrating night for the Vikings (4-2, 1-1 Region 8-4A) who hit the post twice in the final 15 minutes.
East Hall will be back in action on Friday at home in another 8-4A matchup with Seckinger.
