The Lanier Christian Academy girls fell 60-43 to Fideles Christian in the second round of the GAPPS I-AAA Region 2 Tournament on Thursday night.
The youngsters had a big night for the Lady Lightning as 8th-grader Meav Fouts led all scorers with 17 points and sophomore Ellie Roberts had 11 points. Another 8th-grader, Adelyn Gough, had 7 points while senior Camille Hoffmann chipped in with 6.
LCA will play Killian Hill on Friday at 4 p.m. at Killian Hill in the third-place game.
