Sawnee EMC nationally recognized for customer satisfaction

Sawnee EMC has been nationally recognized by the American Customer Satisfaction Index.

ACSI is a national group who measures customer satisfaction across multiple industries throughout the entire United States.

Sawnee EMC received an ACSI score of “93” out of a maximum score of “100” for 2023 which was higher than all 2023 investor-owned utility scores at this time.

The ACSI Utility Sector Report also places Sawnee 22 points higher than the average municipal utilities score of 71.

Thirteen other electric cooperatives within Touchstone Energy received a score of “90” or greater for the 3rd Quarter of 2023 with Sawnee EMC scoring the highest.

“This year’s ACSI score provides a unique benchmark for us and our members and is a great measure of our members overall satisfaction with us as a company," stated Michael A.
