COMMERCE, Ga. — Commerce coach Mark Hollars knew he had two players that could have a breakout season in 2023.
His theory has come to fruition as both Jaiden Daniels and Tysean Wiggins hit the 1,000-yard rushing mark last week in the Tigers' 34-0 win over Social Circle last week.
Daniels led the Tigers with 161 yards on nine carries, while Wiggins turned in 144 yards on 21 touches.
Commerce led 27-0 at halftime thanks to two touchdowns from Daniels and one each by Jacari Huff and Wiggins.
