HOMER — Andrew Shockley ran for 398 yards and scored six touchdowns to lead Banks County to a 41-20 win over Johnson on Friday at Leopards Stadium.
Shockley’s effort was part of a 547-yard ground attack by Leopards (1-0) for the game.
Banks County jumped out to a quick 20-0 lead after the first quarter and led 20-7 at halftime. The Leopards extended the lead to 34-7, heading into the fourth quarter.
Aucy Jacobs finished with 71 yards, and Shane Roberts had 50 yards on just five carries for Banks County.
