FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. — Cherokee Bluff stayed perfect on the young season with a 15-0, three-inning win over Cedar Shoals on Thursday in Region 8-4A action.
The Lady Bears (3-0, 2-0 Region 8-4A) scored five runs each of the first three innings. Lauren Rule and Kaitlyn Herren had two hits each, while Clarissa McDaniel and Audrey Graham drove in four runs to pace the offense.
Graham got the win allowing just two hits while striking one.
Bluff next will travel to North Hall on Tuesday in another 8-4A matchup.

The Lady Vikings (0-2, 0-2 Region 8-4A) dropped their second straight region game in as many days at home on Thursday.
East Hall lost despite out-hitting Madison County ten to seven.
Madison County got out to a quick lead in the first and added five more in the third.
East Hall rallied back with four runs in the fifth inning, highlighted by RBI hits in the frame from Lacei Bunte and Amari Burce.
Burce went the distance in the circle for the Lady Vikings allowing seven hits and eight runs while striking out five.
East Hall outhit the Lady Red Raiders 10 to 7 with Bunte going 3-for-3 and Ansley Ivey getting a pair of hits.
