Duluth police find missing man with dementia

The Duluth Police Department found Edwin Brogan, Jr. and safely returned him home.

The Duluth Police Department posted a be on the lookout Friday for an elderly man who has dementia.

Edwin Brogan, Jr., 86, was reported missing at about 11:30 a.m. Friday. 

Brogan was last seen driving away from 3620 Howell Ferry Road in a blue Toyota Camry with license plate number RQD6924.

The BOLO said Brogan was spotted multiple times in Gwinnett County, most recently at 2 p.m. Friday at Scenic Highway and Sugarloaf Parkway.

Anyone with information on Brogan's whereabouts was asked to contact the Duluth Police Department at (770) 476-4151.
