Camden Hohman hit a 2-run homer in the first, while Gavin Strabala gave up only two hits and struck out six in the Lightning (2-1) win.
Caleb Moore went 3-for-4 to lead LCA at the plate. Isaac Dinn and Joshua Waymack both went 2-for-3. The Lightning amassed 10 total hits and played a nearly flawless game in the field.
Barry Waymack, Strabala, and Hohman also added 1 hit each.
