Republican Incumbent Matt Dubnik will once again occupy the Georgia House of Representatives District 29 seat after defeating Democratic candidate Devin Pandy.
Pandy served in the United States Army from 1993-2014. He previously ran unsuccessfully against Congressman Andrew Clyde in Georgia's 9th Congressional District in 2020.
Dubnik, who has served in this position since 2017, is a native of Gainesville where he graduated from Lakeview Academy in 1999. He continued his education at the Georgia Institute of Technology where he received a Bachelor of Science in management and information technology in 2003.
He also has career experience as a small business owner and as a marketing consultant where since 2014, he has served as Chief Engagement Officer of Forum Communications.
