For years, Northeast Georgia Health System has shown a commitment to staff and the surrounding region, which has recently gained the attention of Forbes magazine.
Forbes magazine has listed NGHS among the top 15 organizations in Georgia on its America’s Best Employers by State list. The list ranked over 1,000 employers across the nation.
Forbes collaborated with the market research company Statista to create the list, surveying 70,000 employees working for businesses with more than 500 employees. Respondents were asked to rate their employers on a variety of criteria, including safety of work environment, competitiveness of compensation, opportunities for advancement and openness to telecommuting.
