Bullock discusses draft map of Congressional districts

Charles Bullock, who holds the Richard B. Russell Chair in Political Science at the University of Georgia and is the author of the book "Redistricting: The Most Political Activity in America," discusses the first draft map of new Congressional districts in Georgia. He also discussed the overall process of reapportionment during an appearance on WDUN's "Newsroom" on Tuesday, Sept. 28.
