Football: Lanier Christian rolls to another big win

ATLANTA — Lanier Christian stayed unbeaten after a 78-0 win over Holy Spirit Prep on Friday in GAPPS 8-man action.

The Lightning (3-0) stormed out to a 22-0 lead after the first quarter and extended their lead to 46-0 by halftime. The continued in the second half taking a 54-0 lead into the fourth quarter.

Freshman running back Zeke Clanton continues to impress, piling up 164 yards and three touchdowns on 16 carries. Senior Ethan Jarrard added 34 yards receiving and ran for a touchdown.

Junior Carter Raulerson had a 37-yard touchdown run and had an interception on defense.
