Justin Conrad is the Gary K. Bertsch Director of the Center for International Trade and Security and an associate professor of International Affairs at the University of Georgia. He joined WDUN's "Newsroom" to discuss the implications of the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.
Conrad studies international security issues, including nuclear proliferation, interstate conflict and terrorism.
