ATLANTA — Atlanta United returns to action Wednesday when it travels to face CF Montreal at Stade Saputo.

The match is set to kick-off at 7:30 p.m.

Atlanta owns an all-time record of 5-1-1 against Montreal: 4-0-0 at home and 1-1-1 on the road in the series. This will be the second of three meetings between the teams during the regular season with the third coming at Stade Saputo on Oct. 2 (7 p.m., Bally Sports South).

The Five Stripes are trying to end an 11-match winless streak.

Atlanta won the first matchup 1-0 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on May 15 with a stoppage-time game-winner from Marcelino Moreno. Moreno scored his team-leading fourth goal of the season Friday against Orlando City SC, while Josef Martinez scored the fastest MLS goal in club history after 47 seconds, tying his club record for fastest goal in all competitions against Herediano on Feb. 28, 2019.

George Bello, Brad Guzan and Miles Robinson are back after winning the 2021 Concacaf Gold Cup with the United States Men’s National Team as well as Ezequiel Barco, who represented Argentina at the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
