The victim in a shooting at a Lawrenceville apartment Tuesday morning has been identified as Gracie Miller, 62, of Duluth.
The Gwinnett Police Department has arrested Bryan Miller, 53, of Duluth for the murder.
The woman who was injured has been identified as Shamome Morris, 44, of New York, and police believe she is a relative who was visiting at the time. She was injured in the incident but is expected to survive.

A woman has been killed and another woman injured in a shooting at the Reflections on Sweetwater Apartments in Lawrenceville.
The Gwinnett Police Department was called to the scene at 3405 Sweetwater Road around 9:50 p.m. Tuesday, May 18.
"Officers found one female victim deceased in building #6. One additional female victim was transported to a local hospital," said Public Information Officer Hideshi Valle in an email statement. "At this time, investigators are exploring all motives."
Valle said investigators are asking witnesses to call the police department of Atlanta Crime Stoppers with any information in the shooting.
