GAINESVILLE — The Gainesville boys golf team will play host once again to the Big Red Shootout tournament on Monday.
The one-day event will take place at Chattahoochee Golf Course beginning at 4 p.m.
It will once again have an outstanding field.
Gainesville and two other Region 6-7A opponents in South Forsyth and North Forsyth, and fellow Class 7A Milton, will headline a 12-team field.
Fellow Hall County programs Cherokee Bluff and Lakeview Academy also will be in the field.. Class 6A teams Buford, Habersham Central, and Riverwood will also participate.
Area team Dawson County, and private schools Mt Pisgah and Prince Avenue Christian also are in the field.
