A man who was arrested after he ran from a traffic stop in South Hall County Monday has been identified by authorities.
According to Derreck Booth, Public Information Officer with the Hall County Sheriff's Office, Deputies arrested Logan Lee Watson, 43, of Buford at about 2 p.m. Monday.
Watson is charged with theft by receiving, obstruction of an officer and fleeing/attempting to elude an officer.
Booth said Watson was in possession of a stolen 2015 GMC Yukon at the time of the traffic stop.
Watson remained in the Hall County Jail as of Tuesday morning.
Update at 4:00 p.m. Monday, March 15:
Deputies with the Hall County Sheriff's Office were able to locate and arrest a man Monday afternoon after he ran from a traffic stop near Lanier Islands Parkway and Shoreland Drive.
According to Derreck Booth, Public Information Officer with the Hall County Sheriff's Office, information from the public helped Uniform Patrol Division Deputies find the suspect in the 3,200 block of Shoreland Drive. Deputies arrested him there without incident.

A search is underway after a person ran from a traffic stop on foot Monday morning in the area of Lanier Islands Parkway.
According to Derreck Booth, Public Information Officer with the Hall County Sheriff's Office, the traffic stop was held in the area of Lanier Islands Parkway are Shoreland Drive on a stolen vehicle out of Gwinnett County.
After the suspect ran from the traffic stop, Deputies conducted a search with a K9 Unit but were unable to find the suspect.
Booth described the individual as a white male, approximately six feet tall and heavyset. The suspect was reportedly wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans at the time of the incident.
The stolen vehicle was recovered by patrol deputies.
