Girls basketball: Lakeview falls to top seed St. Francis in 6-A Private semifinals

ALPHARETTA — The Lakeview Academy girls fell 76-24 to top seed St. Francis Wednesday night in the semifinals of the Region 6-A Private tournament.

The Lady Knights jumped out to a big lead to open the game and then cruised the rest of the way. Lakeview trailed 48-6 at the half.

Joelle Snyder led the Lady Lions with 14 points.

Lakeview next will play at Mt Pisgah on Friday in the third-place game.
