BOGART — The East Hall girls pulled into fourth place in Region 8-4A with a huge 60-35 road win over second-place North Oconee on Friday.
The Lady Vikings were led by Callie Dale, who poured in 26 points. Carly Campbell added 11 and Maleah Harrison had 10 for East Hall.
East Hall (14-7, 5-4 Region 8-4A) has won three of its last four games overall and will play host to last-place Madison County (3-14, 0-9 Region 8-4A) on Tuesday with a chance to climb higher in standings with some help.

The Lady Falcons built a big lead into the third quarter and then held off a furious Lady Jaguars rally in the fourth quarter for their third straight Region 8-4A win.
The victory also put Branch (9-12, 6-4 Region 8-4A) into a tie for second place with North Oconee, which lost to East Hall on Friday night.
The Branch got a triple-double from senior Ashlee Locke, who had 27 points, 14 rebounds, and 12 blocks on the night. Bella Brick added 14 points for the Lady Falcons.
Flowery Branch opened with a 14-8 first quarter and then built a 26-15 halftime lead. The Lady Falcons led 44-26 heading into the fourth quarter.
But Cedar Shoals outscored Branch 18-7 in the final period to make it close.
The Branch will travel to Chestatee on Saturday in another crucial 8-4A game.

The War Eagles snapped a four-game losing streak with a big Region 8-4A game at home on Friday night.
Logan Wiggins poured in 15 points to lead Chestatee. Bowen Corley had 13 for the War Eagles.
Chestatee (10-12, 3-7 Region 8-4A) next will play host Flowery Branch on Saturday in a huge region battle.
MT PISGAH 43,
LAKEVIEW ACADEMY 39
The Lady Lions could not hold a halftime lead as they fell on the road in Region 6-A Private action.
The was tied at 10 after the opening period and Lakeview used a 16-8 second quarter to go into the break with a 26-18 lead. But they could not hold it.
Mt. Pisgah outscored Lakeview 20-5 in the third quarter to grab a 38-31 lead and then held off several Lakeview charges down the stretch.
Joelle Snyder paced Lakeview with 18 points. Sidney Corbin added 11 points and Ashlyn Henderson had 7 points and 9 rebounds for the Lady Lions.
Lakeview is back in action on Tuesday traveling to Pinecrest Academy in another region battle.

The Lady Lightning (16-0, 10-0 Region 2-3A GAPPS) held Cherokee Chrisitan scoreless in the third quarter to put the game out of reach in the win on Friday at home.
Lexie Robertson paced LCA with 12 points, while Reece Montgomery scored 10 points, dished out six assists and grabbed two steals. Shyla Sheffield added 10 points and five steals, and Ashley Avery chipped in 9 points with 2 assists and 3 blocks.

The No. 6 Lady Raiders (18-4, 10-1 Region 6-7A) outscored Gainesville, 35-15, in the first half, behind four 3-pointers from Ali Jones en route to the blowout Friday night at Gainesville.
Jones finished with 15 points and was 5-for-5 from the 3-point line. Anna Gliatta added 14.
Sadie Roach was the top scorer for the Red Elephants (12-12, 2-9 Region 6-7A) with 11 points, while Lauren Teasley added 8.
The Lady Raiders opened the game on an 11-2 run, ending the opening period up 15-6, and outscored Gainesville 30-18 in the final half.

Dawson County (13-11, 5-7 Region 7-3A) jumped out to a 38-0 lead at halftime to roll past West Hall on Friday at home.
The Lady Tigers had 11 players score with Heather Burt chipping in 9 points to lead Dawson County. Emma Pelfrey added 8 points.

Ava Grace Watson scored 17 points and Ashyia Willis added 15 to lead the Lady Wolves (18-0) over Southwest Dekalb on Friday at Buford City Arena.

Carley Haban and Gracie Deetz combined for 29 points in the win over Banks County on Friday.
Haban led the team with 15 points and five rebounds, while Deetz scored 14 points. Beth Payne was tough to handle on the board as she pulled down 10 rebounds.
