LISTEN: An SOS note from a labor camp worker in China

By Mornings on Maine Street

A handwritten note found in a box of Halloween decorations that were made in China and bought in Oregon pleaded for help. The plea sparked an investigation and another look into China's labor practices. Amelia Pang documents this in her book "Made in China." Pang spent a few moments on Maine Street sharing the story behind the book and offering ways we consumers can help fight forced labor camps in China.
