A Gillsville man has been charged with felony aggravated sexual battery in an incident involving a victim under the age of 16.
The Hall County Sheriff's Office said Cory Brandon Voiles was arrested Tuesday, Nov. 23. He remained in the Hall County Jail on Wednesday morning.
The alleged assault occurred at a location on Cromartie Road in Gillsville between January and December 2019.
Authorities declined to release further details, saying they expect additional charges to be filed in the case.
