The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for the 2021 Healthy Hall Virtual Awards Program.
The virtual event will be held March 2 and the nominations close on February 5 at 5 p.m.
Award categories are:
- Advanced Practice Provider of the Year
- Corporate Achievement Recognition
- Visionary Leader
- Community Impact
- Healthcare Education
- Outstanding Achievement in Behavioral Health
- Healthcare Worker of the Year
- Nurse of the Year
- Dentist of the Year
- Physician of the Year
- Lifetime Achievement Award (May be awarded posthumously)
Nominations can be made can be made online here. All nominations must be healthcare, professional, business or organization located in the Greater Hall County area.
