After more than two weeks on the run, a suspect in a Buford murder has been arrested.
Gwinnett County Police say Moses Dyl, 25, was arrested Monday, Sept. 28 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Dyl had been on the run since police identified him as the suspect in the Sept. 12th murder of 20-year-old Shakeya Smith. Her body was found around 5 a.m. in the roadway on Roxwood Park Drive at Woodward Mill Road. Police said she was killed as the result of a domestic altercation.
Dyl faces charges of aggravated assault and felony murder.
