$10,000 reward offered for information regarding murdered Suwanee teenager

As Suwanee Police continue looking for information regarding the suspect who murdered eighteen-year-old William Slade Petty, his family have added $8,000 to a reward fund. The total reward for information about the case is now up to $10,000.

According to Suwanee Police, Petty was found outside his apartment building on McGinnis Ferry Road in Suwanee, Georgia on July 27, having sustained multiple stab wounds.

Police believe that someone must know who perpetrated the murder and circumstances surrounding what happened. Anyone with information to share is strongly encouraged to contact Suwanee detectives at 470-360-6735. To remain anonymous, tipsters can also contact Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477).
