Bubba Pollard added to his asphalt Super Late Model win total on Saturday night.
The Senoia, Georgia speedster scored his second Southern Super Series victory of 2020 in the Rumble By The River 125 at Alabama’s Montgomery Motor Speedway. His first came late last month at 5 Flags Speedway.
The win secured Pollard’s spot atop the current series point standings by eight markers over Stephen Nasse, who also won last month at 5 Flags.
Pollard made the winning move to take the lead from Connor Okrzesik with 25 laps to go. He then held the lead the rest of the way to record the victory.
Jackson Boone finished in second, with Jake Garcia in third, Okrzesik in fourth and Casey Roderick in fifth.
Dawson Fletcher, Jeremy Pate, Michael House, Daniel Dye and John Bolen rounded out the top 10.
