Chris Ferguson scores USLMS victory at Cherokee

Chris Ferguson took home the big money from Saturday night’s Ultimate Super Late Model Series race at Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, South Carolina.

Ferguson, who hails form Mount Holly, North Carolina, picked up a $5,000 payday for his 14th career series win, topping a 24 car field in the process.

Michael Brown finished in second, with Kyle Hardy in third, Anthony Sanders in fourth and fast qualifier Brett Hamm in fifth.

Austin Kirkpatrick, Dennis Franklin, Ricky Weeks, Dustin Mitchell and Doug Sanders rounded out the top 10.

The Ultimate Super Late Model Series is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, June 6 at South Carolina’s Lancaster Motor Speedway. For more information, visit UltimateSupers.com.
