Public information open house meetings are scheduled later this month on two planned Forsyth County road projects.
The Forsyth County Department of Engineering will host the meetings at which residents can learn more about a corridor planning study for Georgia Highway 9 from State Route 306 to State Route 369. That meeting will be Feb. 26, 6:00-8:00, at Coal Mountain Elementary School.
Meanwhile, a second meeting, Feb. 27, 6:00-8:00, at Daves Creek Elementary School will cover the planned widening of Old Atlanta Road.
Both meetings will be informal-type, drop-in sessions.
