Alfredo Ortiz is the long time head of Bernie Marcus' Job Creators network. He has also worked with the White House on Hispanic business issues. Ortiz joined WDUN's "Morning Talk with Martha Zoller" Monday to discuss small businesses and what the pandemic will cost them. He discussed the shift in the Hispanic and other minority working class shift to the right politically. What does that mean going forward.
