By AccessWDUN staff

Candidates in the runoffs for the U.S.Senate in Georgia will debate Sunday as part of the Atlanta Press Club's Loudermilk Young Debate Series.

Both debates can be viewed on AccessWDUN, which will livestream the debates. The first airs at 5 p.m., the second at 7 p.m.

The first will feature only Democrat Jon Ossoff answering questions from the debate panel. Incumbent Republican Sen. David Perdue, who is seeking his second term, has so far declined to partipate in the debate. You can watch the first debate here starting Sunday at 5 p.m.

The second will feature from Republican Kelly Loeffler and Democrat Raphael Warnock. They are running to fill the remaining two years of a term former Sen. Johnny Isakson won in 2016. Isakson retired last year, citing health concerns. You can watch the second debate here starting at 7 p.m.

The two races have garnered national attention because the results will determine which party controls the Senate for the next two years. If both Democrats win, the Senate will be 50 Democrats and 50 Republicans, with Vice President-elect Kamala Harris breaking any ties.
