Gwinnett County guardians now have until the end of the month to make a decision regarding their child's instructional preference for the upcoming semester in the county school system.
Gwinnett County Public Schools has extended the decision deadline until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, November 29. The Spring Instructional Preference Questionnaire in the county's Parent Portal will close once the deadline expires.
"If a parent or guardian already has made a selection, changes can be made through the deadline," said Sloan Roach, the school system's Executive Director of Communication and Media Relations. "Please note that what a parent sees indicated in the Parent Portal as their decision will serve as confirmation of their selection."
Roach added that any guardian looking to create a portal account can either visit the school district website or contact their local school.
