Motorists who travel I-985 around the new Exit 14 will encounter single lane closures on the highway both Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 20 and 21.
The Georgia Department of Transportation said work crews will install guardrails under the new bridge both nights, weather permitting.
"The closures will occur tonight and tomorrow night from 7:00 p.m. until 5:30 a.m.," said GDOT spokeswoman Katie Strickland in an email statement. "Both the northbound and southbound sides of I-985 will experience intermittent closures."
