Baldwin named president of realtors group

Floyd H. Baldwin, president of Industrial Properties Group, Inc., has been sworn in as the new president of the Georgia Chapter of SIOR, the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. 

Baldwin's term as president of the group began in January 2020 and will run through the end of the year. 

With more than 30 years of experience in industrial real estate brokerage services, Baldwin has served in the past as Treasurer and Vice President of the Georgia Chapter of SIOR.

The Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®  is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With more than 3,400 members in 686 cities and 36 countries, the Society represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.

The SIOR Georgia Chapter is made up of 128 members statewide, representing the leading real estate professionals in the state of Georgia.

Gainesville-based Industrial Properties Group, Inc. is a leading provider of industrial real estate services throughout Northeast Georgia. IPG maintains offices in Gainesville and Madison, Georgia.
