A Flowery Branch man was killed when he was hit by a vehicle on Mundy Mill Road early Thursday morning.
The Georgia State Patrol identified the victim as James Matthew Tabor, 59.
The investigation into the accident determined that Tabor was standing in the eastbound outside lane of Mundy Mill near Creekside Place when he was struck by an eastbound 2012 Honda Civic.
Tabor's body hit the windshield of the vehicle, according to information released by GSP.
No charges are expected against the driver of the vehicle.
The fatal crash occurred at 6:10 a.m.
