The Braselton Planning Commission will not discuss an application for annexation and rezoning at the intersection of Georgia Highway 53 and Braselton Parkway until their September meeting.
Nancy Carol Brock and Braselton Township Development LLC own the two properties totaling 77 acres.
The AJC reports Stolz Partners, LLC, the applicant wants to develop the property for 240 multi-family units, 6 commercial parcels, and almost 500,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space.
The issue will be put on the agenda for September 23rd.
