By Dean Dyer WRWH Radio

CLEVELAND – White County authorities have released the names of the two people who were found dead in a camper at Yonah Mountain Campground last week.

The two people found are identified as Norman George, 82, and Linda Katherine George, 79, both of Cleveland, said White County Sheriff’s Capt. Rick Kelley.

Following the discovery of the two, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation was called in to process the scene. The bodies were transported to the GBI State Crime Lab in Decatur for autopsies.

The results of those autopsies are incomplete pending toxicology results, Kelley said today.

Police were called to the residence on Fleetwood Road on a welfare check on Monday, July 29.

Kelley said earlier that no foul play is suspected, pending the autopsy findings.
