Cumming nonprofit to host job fair

A Cumming-based non-profit organization, "The Place of Forsyth County," will be hosting a job later this month.

Would-be employers who plan to participate include Northside Hospital, Forsyth County Schools, Health Connect America, Arise Work from Home, Randstad Staffing, Comfort Keepers, Lingo Staffing, 2020 Census, Regal Maids, ServPro, Lowes, US Army, Domino’s Pizza, Hire Dynamics Staffing, Ivy League Moving Services, Forsyth County Sheriff’s Department, and Department of Juvenile Services.

Some of the specialty positions needed are Mental/Behavioral Health field. This includes Mental Health Therapist, Social Workers, Counselors, and Direct Care workers with bachelor’s and/or Master's Degrees.

Also attending during the event will be, Georgia Mountain Work Source “Career Coach,” a resource for resumes, cover letters, grants for college and job leads.

The job fair will be held August 16 at 2550 The Place Circle, Cumming
