From Blairsville and Blue Ridge to Athens, diners have made their favorite dishes known when it comes to dining out in northeast Georgia.
With the help of nominations from enthusiastic eaters, exploregeorgia.gov says it has found the tastiest local dishes in each region of the state, from Southern specialties to meals with international influences, from light lunches to fine dining or a sweet treat.
In addition to Blairsville, Blue Ridge, and Athens, other northeast Georgia favorites can be found in Ellijay, Young Harris, Braselton, Dahlonega, Hartwell, Helen, Hoschton, Jefferson, Sautee-Nacoochee, and Toccoa.
