Governor orders flags to half staff to honor fallen Hall County Sheriff Deputy

Govenor Kemp has ordered the flag at the state capitol lowered to half staff for Thursday in honor of fallen Hall County Sheriff Deputy Nicolas Dixon. 

The order also says all state facilities located in Hall County will have flags lowered to half staff. 

Deputy Dixon was killed in the line of duty Sunday night. 

The funeral for Dixon will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Free Chapel Worship Center.
