ATLANTA — Atlanta United returns to action Wednesday when it hosts Saint Louis FC in the quarterfinals of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup at Fifth Third Bank Stadium at Kennesaw State University.

The match is scheduled to kick-off at 7:30 p.m. EST and will be broadcast on ESPN+.

Atlanta opened the 2019 U.S. Open Cup by defeating Charleston Battery 3-1 on June 13 at Fifth Third Bank Stadium in the fourth round. Romario Williams scored in the 79th minute to send the match into extra time, where substitutes Justin Meram and Brandon Vazquez connected twice with Vazquez scoring the game-winner in the 110th minute and adding his second goal in the 121st minute.

Atlanta will face Saint Louis FC, who plays in the Eastern Conference of the USL Championship, for the first time. Saint Louis FC has knocked out a pair of MLS opponents on its road to the quarterfinals. In the Fourth Round, Saint Louis FC beat Chicago Fire 2-1 behind early goals from Austin Martz and Guy Abend.
