Gainesville-based judge named president of state judicial education group

Superior Court Judge Bonnie Chessher Oliver has been named president of the Board of Trustees for the Georgia Institute of Continuing Judicial Education.

This organization plans and presents judicial training to all classes of courts, law clerks, and accountability court teams in the state.

Judge Oliver serves as a Superior Court Judge in the Northeastern Judicial Circuit and presides over the Parental Accountability Court for Hall County Superior Court.
