Flowery Branch sisters assault disabled man, face charges

Two women from Flowery Branch face charges after assaulting a disabled man.

Lt. Scott Ware with the Hall County Sheriff's Office said it happened last week on Creekside Drive.

He explained, "This case actually began last Thursday on June 27th with Caroline Mills, 21, and Riley Mills, 17, both of Flowery Branch physically assaulting a 22 year old male disabled person by beating him with their fists."

The sisters and the man knew each other and the incident happened inside the home of the sisters.

"June 28th investigators obtained warrants for both Mills' arrests for the charges of exploitation/inflicting pain on the disabled person or elderly person as well as simple battery," Ware said.

He said both sisters were arrested without incident.
