A "lane shift" is planned Tuesday on State Route 347/Lanier Islands Parkway as traffic is routed onto the road's newly-constructed lanes.
The shift will begin at Holiday Point Marina and end at Shoreland Drive, according to a state Department of Transportation news release.
The shift will also allow motorists to utilize the new roundabout at Big Creek Road and Bethany Creek Road
