A 76-year-old Gainesville man missing since Sunday morning has been located in Oconee County, Gainesville police said.
Police issues a Mattie's Call for Robert Stokes, who suffers from dementia, heart problems and high blood pressure, believing he was headed to Watkinsville. The Mattie's Call was canceled around 4 p.m.
