By AccessWDUN Staff

RABBITTOWN — East Hall Athletic Director Adam Rich announced Wednesday that Brittney Ryals has taken the position as head coach of the Lady Vikings volleyball program.

Ryals is a 2013 East Hall graduate and former player on the East Hall volleyball team, including being named captain for three seasons. Ryals attended the University of North Georgia and majored in elementary education and has been teaching third grade at Chicopee Woods Elementary School.

Ryals has been an assistant coach at East Hall for the last two seasons. The Lady Vikings earned the No. 2 seed out of Area 7-3A in 2019 and advanced to the second round before losing a close 3-2 match to Morgan County in the quarterfinals.
