David McCoy led wire-to-wire to score the Crate Late Model victory in Friday night’s Crate Late Model feature at Georgia’s Lavonia Speedway.
The Franklin, North Carolina native powered to the early lead, and stayed on point the rest of the way en route to the win on the 3/8-mile clay oval.
Payton Freeman finished in second, with Adam Smith in third, Blake Craft in fourth and Drew Collins in fifth.
In other action, Kenny Collins continued his recent dominance in Limited Late Model action at Lavonia, as he recorded his third straight feature victory.
Brandon Haley came home in second, followed by David McCoy in third, James Roulette in fourth and Ahnna Parkhurst in fifth.
Brandon Stroud scored the win in the 602 Late Model feature, with John Price in second, Justin Mints in third, Crandall Turner in fourth and Lance Chitwood in fifth.
Jeffrey Lord took the victory in the Stock 4 feature. Matt Gilbert, Elliott Brayboy, Ryan Boles and Johnny Raines rounded out the top five.
Sterling Helm was the winner in the Modified Street feature. Ray Everett finished in second.
Rocky Jones took top honors in the Stock 8 feature. Ty Anglin finished second, with Bradlee Jones third.
Clay Thompson won in the Rookie 602 feature, followed by Cade Cagle in second.
Ricky Hill scored the win in the Front Wheel Drive feature, with Donovan Beachum in second, Tony Stephens in third and Michael Trotter in fifth.
