Piedmont College names new Vice President of Administration and Finance

Brant Wright, who is currently serving as Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance at Montana Tech University, has been named Vice President of Administration and Finance at Piedmont College.

As the college’s chief financial officer, Wright will direct and develop Piedmont’s annual budget, serve as a member of the President’s Cabinet, and provide oversight of the Controller’s Office, Human Resources, and Facilities Management and Safety.

In addition to Montana Tech, Wright has served as controller for Idaho State University and worked in budgeting and finance leadership roles at Walsh, the University of Toledo and Central Missouri State University.

Wright will begin his new duties June 1.

 

 

 

“I am grateful to have this opportunity and excited to be joining Piedmont College,” said Wright. “I look forward to being a part of Piedmont College and working closely with the faculty, staff, students, alumni and the members of the community.”
