Voters in Stephens, Habersham, and Banks counties return to the polls Tuesday

The battle over House District 28 takes another swing during a third election tomorrow in parts of Banks, Stephens, and Habersham counties.
 
Republican Candidates Chris Erwin and Dan Gasaway already received votes in two previous elections that resulted in courtroom drama, claims of voter fraud, and results being tossed out.
 
Officials hope Tuesday's election will be the final decision for the post and, according to the AJC, the ongoing struggle cost tax payers tens of thousands of dollars.
