The double murder trial of a woman and her said to be boyfriend, accused of murdering the woman's husband on the front porch of their Buford home is underway.
The AJC reports Gwinnett County prosecutors said Tia Young, 43, and Harvey Timothy Lee, 39, plotted to murder George Young to cash in on a $1-million life insurance policy.
They said Lee lived with the couple and shortly after he moved in, the two started an affair.
The two were arrested five months after Young's death in April of last year.
