*Tumbling Creek Bridge is on target to open next Thursday.  A grand opening ceremony is planned at 2:00.   Hall County began work on the Oakwood area project in 2014 when Norfolk Southern Railroad closed a nearby railroad crossing.

*North Georgia Technical College Clarkesville campus recently inducted new members into the National Technical Honor Society, the country's highest award for excellence in career and technical education.  Click here to find who they are and for more about the NTHS.

*Applications are now being accepted for the 2019 class of the Braselton Citizens Academy. The classes are held from May to October on the third Thursday of each month from 6-8 pm.  Classes cover all aspects of Braselton's government structure and responsibilities. *The WorkSource Georgia Mountains Career Coach will visit the Cumming Library (585 Dahlonega Street) April 11, 10:00-2:00.   Experts will be on hand to help attendees search and apply for jobs, write resumes and cover letters, discern their career interests, and learn about funded training opportunities.
