Basketball: Newton-Gonzalez, Wysocki, Gwyn garner awards as Region 7-4A All-Region teams announced

Region 7-4A coaches announced the All-Region teams with several northeast Georgia area players and coaches garnering awards.

Flowery Branch's Courtney Newton-Gonzlez was named the girls Coach of the Year while Lady Falcons' senior Caroline Wysocki was named the girls Player of the Year. Chestatee's Cameron Gwyn was named as a Co-Player of the Year on the boys side.

Here are the All-Region teams:
